1. JUMPING JACKS.
jumping jacks is simple and effective exercise for stretching and relaxing muscles. This exercise gives nice stretching to our muscle. Before start any exercise you need to do some stretching exercise . Jumping jacks is effective exercise.
STEP 1 : STAND STRAIGHT AND KEEP YOUR HANDS CLOSE TO YOUR BODY.
STPEP 2 : STRETCH YOUR LEGS UP TO 2 TP 3 FEET AND SAME TIME RAISE YOUR HANDS.
LOOK AT THE IMAGES AND DO THIS EXERCISE.
DO 15 TO 20 REPS DO REPETITIONS UP TO 4 TO 5 TIMES .

2 . SURYA NAMASKAR
Yoaga is great exercise for body and also for soul. Surya namaskar is known as perfect exercise for loose fat . We should do 108 surya namaskar daily . this burns fat from stamch , thighs and Waist area.

Weight lifting is very effective execise for weight loss. some precautions needs to do this exercise. First you should not take to much weight fist time. you will start from little weight and then increase its amount. weight lifting is highly risk exercise so you must take advise from your gym trainer. Proper instruction needs to follow. do this exercise under your trainers observations.

After an exercise your body needs to take a rest. So you should take a good rest after an exercise . Daily should take atleast 6 to 7 hours good sleep to taking rest to your body. After an exercise your need drink enough water to avoid dehydration. *****************************************
